Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before processing has begun.
• Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

 

Digital Products & Services

• All digital products, spiritual services, readings, spells, and custom work are final sale.
• Due to the nature of these services, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once payment is submitted.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
• By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Missed Communication

• Failure to respond to required follow-up questions, emails, or messages does not qualify for a cancellation or refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after services have been rendered will be contested with proof of service.
• Customers who file fraudulent disputes may be restricted from future purchases.
