A: Candle burn time varies depending on size, but our candles generally last 20–60 hours. Always burn on a heat-safe surface and never leave unattended.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external delays once the package is shipped.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

 

International shipping availability depends on the product. Any customs fees, duties, or delays are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

 

 

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
